Companies Act 2006. Directors Addresses

From 1st October 2009 every Director will have a service address and a usual residential address. Directors addresses therefore are protected from disclosure

The Companies Act 2006. Final Law changes

The Companies Act 2006 is changing the law for every Company operating in the UK. Many of its changes have already been implemented. The last changes will be implemented on 1st October 2009.

Directors – be careful what you sign!

A recent  Court of Appeal  decision should convince directors to take great care when they sign contract documents on behalf of their companies… because if the contract contains a misrepresentation, they can in some circumstances be held personally liable for it .
